Yesterday, we were excited to get another wonderful write up from one of our customers about the Cleveland plumbing service they received from Roto-Rooter. Below is what they wrote:
Early in the afternoon, on Monday (October 12, 2009), I made a service call to Roto-Rooter requesting service for that particular day. The operator checked her records and relayed that someone would be sent out immediately to my home. Happily, repairs were completed by 3:30 p.m. The plumber was a very polite and professional man named, Larry.
