We recently received a nice compliment from a customer after his plumbing service call. It's gratifying to hear from satisfied customers like this one:

Both Denzel and the Roto-Rooter dispatchers deserve to be commended. They solved my plumbing problems quickly and they were excellent communicators. We have old sewer pipes and have had trouble with tree roots for years.
