As a Roto Rooter employee, world class service is always the first thing on my mind. From the customer's first to last steps with service by Roto Rooter, I always want them to have 100% satisfaction. I treat my customers as I would like to be treated. When taking calls I always remember to be kind, courteous, and also calming at times, as some customers may be distraught with their plumbing emergencies. I make sure to always verify facts given to ensure I collect accurate information. When customers need to be transferred I always make sure to ask the necessary follow-up questions in order to get them to the right manager, dispatcher, etc. to make sure they are not just thrown around endlessly from extension to extension, or put on hold for a long period of time. Lastly, because the customer service representative is the first person most of our customers speak with when booking an appointment, and because we have a large impact on how smoothly the appointment process goes, we play a huge role in how the customer remembers Roto Rooter. I always make sure to represent my company as well as possible so that our customers will always be positive they made the right call. From start to finish my customers are always #1!

I love the fact that Roto-Rooter offers E-Scheduling services for its customers. I personally handle all of my business online, whether it be ordering food, banking, shopping, or placing a service call. Needless to say, when I am in need of a plumber I will be utilizing the E-Schedule feature from Roto-Rooter. Thanks for the information!

Being a Roto-Rooter employee is one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. I enjoy working with my team at Roto-Rooter: The customer service representatives (such as myself), the dispatchers, the technicians and the management team. What I enjoy even more is assisting customers with their plumbing needs throughout the East Coast of the United States. As a customer service representative, it is my pleasure to assist our existing and new customers with their appointments when they have “troubles down the drain” or when they have plumbing issues such as a hot water heater leaking, faucets and fixtures leaking, needing their septic tank pumped, repaired or replaced or even replacing the main sewer line or main water line repaired. I help customers from everywhere, especially Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville and Ft. Lauderdale (just to name a few). My goal is to enter their information accurately and put their minds at ease by sending a technician out as soon as possible to find a solution to whatever problem they are having. Another role within the company that I take on is being a bilingual rep. I am able to assist both English and Spanish speaking customers that have plumbing needs. We are known for being the best company in the plumbing industry for over 70 years and still counting. Disfruto trabajando con mi equipo de Roto Rooter: Los representantes de servicio al cliente (como yo), los despachadores, los técnicos y los administrativos, pero lo que mas disfruto es ayudar a los clientes en sus problemas de plomeria a traves de toda la costa este de los Estados Unidos. Como representante de servicio al cliente, me satisface ayudar a nuestros clientes , ya sean antiguos o nuevos en sus citas cuando ellos tienen problemas con los drenajes o cuando tienen otros tipos de dificultades como el goteo en los calentadores de agua, grifos, lavamanos, etc. También me complace proveer soluciones para otras necesidades como el vaciado de un tanque septico, la reparacion o reemplazo de la linea principal que desemboca al alcantarillado o la que provee el agua a sus hogares. Mi objetivo es capturar la información de los clientes correctamente y brindarles paz mental enviandoles un tecnico inmediatamente para darle solucion a cualquier problema que estén teniendo. Otro rol que tengo ,por ser bilingue, es asistir clientes que hablan tanto ingles como español en sus necesidades de plomeria. Nosotros somos conocidos por ser la mejor compañia en la industria de la plomeria por mas de 70 años y seguimos sumando. Aún durante los tiempos mas dificiles de crisis economica, nosotros seguimos aqui 365 dias al año 7 dias a la semana, 24 horas al dia, sin extra cargos por horas extras, dias feriados o emergencias!
