Brad provided me with the right specifications to purchase a replacement hot water heater, and then returned to the house to install it. When it got late in the evening, we thought Brad would tell us he’d return in the morning to finish the installation, but we were wrong. Brad stayed on the job until the installation was complete, and our hot water restored. He departed at 9:00 p.m. that evening, only after he was certain that the installation was complete, the worksite clean, and helped me load the old water heater into my truck for disposal.
