A Philadelphia restaurant owner called in today looking for some Philadelphia commercial drain cleaning freedom. It was the lunch rush and one of the floor drains was backing up quickly into the front of the store. If you've ever worked in the plumbing industry or been involved in food service you understand right away, if not, this means the back up was out with the customers, where they place their orders, or in some higher end establishments, the lobby or bar area. This is bad news for business. The fact was, customers were exiting the store, loudly in some cases, some would-be patrons, simply stepped in with one foot and quickly withdrew and headed for her competition a few doors down.

Not so surprisingly she was in a panic, she used us as her Boston plumbing company before she relocated to Philly, and said a colleague from her company also referred her to us as her Philly commercial plumbing expert. After, listening a bit she finally settled down knowing the Roto-Rooter plumbing gurus were to arrive shortly. Within 30 minutes our Superhero with a High Pressure Water Jet was on site. If you haven't seen a "jet" at work, it's phenomenal at stripping the "goo" out of a drain line (more on another blog). Bottom line, the drain backup was blasted through, the line cleaned of any further debris, guarantee rendered, they cleaned up, got themselves together and were happily serving customers before the final rush faded.
These types of backups, and kitchen plumbing repairs occur when you least expect it. Typically during the peak times of your business. We'll be back in 3 months under a Preventative Maintenance agreement to keep the rest of the lines running clear as well... during the off hours to prevent any more loss for their business. Thanks Philly Owner, you chose the right company!
