This was a fun little letter to receive from a local business here in DC. Commercial plumbing can be tricky but Roto-Rooter is equipped to deal with any and all commercial plumbing jobs from toilet repairs to water heater replacement to complete sewer repair and everything in between.

to take a look at a problem we were having with our commercial grade water heaters. We have two and as luck would have it, both stopped making hot water on the same day. What are the chances? Anyway, your man looked them over for several minutes with me looking over his shoulder the entire time. He tried a few different things before figuring out the problem. It turned out to be a simple fix but while he was there, he was very thorough and discovered another unrelated problem that was a carbon monoxide hazard and he took care of it in no time and for what I consider to be a fair price for his expertise."
