We first serviced this customer back in 2001, with the most recent call in mid-2009 we were able to send the same service technician as the last time and the customer seemed to appreciate that. Not very many Minneapolis Plumbers are able to send the guy back out so many years later but if our customers find a plumber they like, we try to foster that relationship. It keeps everyone happy.
